By virtue of the power of sale contained in

that certain Deed to Secure Debt from Christo­pher Lee Hohlwein and Nancy P. Hohlwein toFarmers State Bank, dated October 18, 2002and recorded in Deed Book 128 pages 452-458,Lincoln County, Georgia records, said Deed toSecure Debt having been given to secure a Notedated October 18, 2002 in the original princi­pal sum of One Hundred Fifty Three ThousandForty and 04/100 Dollars ($153,040.04), withinterest from date at the rate stated in said Noteon the unpaid balance until paid, there will besold by the undersigned at public outcry to thehighest bidder from cash before the Court­house door at Lincoln County, Georgia, withinthe legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday inMay, 2018, the property described on Exhibit“A” attached hereto and incorporated herein byreference. The debt secured by said Deed toSecure Debt has been and is hereby declareddue because of, among other possible eventsof default, non-payment of the monthly install­ments on said loan. The debt remaining in de­fault, this sale will be made for the purpose ofpaying the same and all expenses of this sale,including attorney’s fees.
Said property will be sold as the propertyof Christopher Lee Hohlwein and Nancy P.Hohlwein subject to a prior deed to secure debtin favor of Farmers State Bank dated October18, 2002, and recorded in Deed Book 128pages 452-458, Lincoln County, Georgia re­cords, aforesaid records, to the outstanding advalorem taxes and/or assessments, if any, andall easements and restrictions of record, if any,having priority over this Deed to Secure Debt.

The subject Secu­rity Deed having been given to secure a Notedated October 30, 2009 in the original prin­cipal amount of $20,669.00 and a Note datedMarch 3, 2015 in the original principal amountof $9,588.05, there will be sold by the under­signed at public outcry, during the legal hoursof sale before the door of the Courthouse ofLincoln County, Georgia, on the first Tuesdayin May, 2018, to wit, May 1, 2018, to the high­est and best bidder for cash, the following de­scribed property:
